Back in 2023, we introduced a new way of submitting tickets and getting support, based on the ClickUp platform. This may seem confusing at first for the new members. Therefore, in this post, we will explain how to get support for your CF-MESH+ license, depending on the type of license you have. The entire procedure is very similar to the procedure of checking your license status.
Support for your CF-MESH+ time-limited license
If you are a license holder of a time-limited license (monthly, quarterly, annual, or perpetual), you have received an e-mail from our Support Team, with the login data to your user account on our website. This will take you to our new ticketing system on the ClickUp platform, where you will find the link for submitting a ticket, see the picture below:
Clicking on “Report a problem/bug” will take you to the ClickUp platform, where you need to fill out this form:
Once you enter your email, click on “Submit” and you can expect the answer from us soon. The answer will arrive in your e-mail inbox so please make sure to enter the correct e-mail address.
Moreover, by logging into your account on cfmesh.com, you will also be able to check the following:
- License overview: here you can check the status of your license, no. of support hours left, and the license holder)
- Meeting overview: for meeting minutes;
- Tickets overview: here you will see the status of your submitted tickets;
- Submit a ticket: bugs, installation issues, asking for help in setting up cases, etc.;
- Download a version: here you can download the latest version of CF-MESH+.
If you have not received an email with the login data, please contact our support.
Support for your CF-MESH+ hourly license
Along with any type of license, each customer gets access to their profile on our webpage. This will take you to our ticketing system on the ClickUp platform, where you will be able to check the license holder and submit bugs or installation issues.
Other tickets, such as feature requests and on-demand online meetings are possible only with support-included type of licenses (or time-limited licenses as described above). For purchasing a different type of license, you can contact our sales team.
